- Late payments may incur interest.
4. Cancellations
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access and site preparation.
- Secure valuables and pets during work.
6. Guarantees
- 12-month workmanship guarantee (excluding misuse or external damage).

- We hold public liability insurance.
